THERMAL DYNAMICS 1 TORCH SHIELD CUP, MAXIMUM LIFE

These shield cups are compatible with specific series of Thermal Dynamics plasma torches. Sometimes called retaining caps, they secure plasma torch nozzles, swirl rings, and other consumables in place on the torches. They also circulate coolant around the outside of the nozzles and direct shielding gas into the shield cap.

They must be replaced when they become worn or damaged to maintain the performance of the plasma torches.

The Maximum Life shield cup must also have the correct shield cap attached which is process dependent.
