Sheet metal cutting nozzles are specifically designed for cutting very thin mild steel sheet metal. The size and position of the pre-heat and cutting oxygen holes ensures minimal distortion to the metal.

Copper oxygen and acetylene cutting nozzles perform the same as traditional brass ones but have the advantage of better heat dissipation and less slag adherence. Nozzles are marked according to the requirements in AS 4839.
